Job description

Initially training will be given in all the products (Wireless/Wireline), technologies (4G/5G), solutions and processes.
On completion of training, one Key Account (Telecom Operator/Enterprise) will be assigned.
Handle and resolve the technical issue raised by customer and build strong relationships with the customers
Responsible for supporting & designing network planning and optimization.
Configuration and troubleshooting of network equipment’s
On time delivery of the projects
