| Have worked as technical support engineer in any software company. |
Strong understanding of programming languages, scripting, and web server standards
Working knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix
Have graduate in any streams. Advantage if having a computer knowledge.
| Provide technical support to users of mobile & cloud applications.|
Ability to provide Phone and email support.
Willing to travel and meet clients in person on site.
Put customers first while delivering a world-class level of support.
Troubleshoot complex programming issues and provide possible solutions.
Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
Have good hands on experence working on Android, iPhone and have basic knowledge of CRM and Web support tools.
Work within operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix with a fundamental understanding of standard programming languages.
Assist Engineering team with development initiatives as needed.
